Easy transition between exercises

The transition between exercises is extremely easy, since you don't have to do frequent changes.

The weight plates are connected with multiple rotation points, which means you can focus on your training and not waste too much time on adjustments for the next part of  your workout.

Chest presses

 

Push both of the handle grips simultaneously forward to perform chest presses. 

 

 

Rowing

 

Lift the ground base to its upper position for leg resistance and with the low pulley perform rowing exercise.

 

 

Bicep curls with pulley

 

Stand up the equipment. Attach the small bar to the lower pulley to perform bicep curls.

 

 
 

Seated rowing

 

Change the angle of the handle grips, adjust the backrest and pull the handles toward you to perform the seated rowing.

 

 

Front lat pull-down

 

Sit facing the weights. Turn your body slightly backwards and pull the back pulley toward your chest.

 

 

Pec Deck

 

Adjust the back in the desired position, push with your forearms towards each other to complete this classic exercise. 

 

 
 

Leg curls

 

Stand up facing the weights, pass your foot behind the cushion and bend your leg.

 

 

Standing leg abduction

 

Use the ankle strap to perform this exercise. Adjust it to the lower pulley and extend your leg as the body faces to the side.

 

 

 

Tricep curls

 

Stand up facing the weights. Attach the large or small barbell to the top pulley and push down.
