Pegasus® JX-DS185F/915 Home Gym
The Pegasus® JX-DS185F/915 Home Gym is high quality, stylish equipment with important features.
It has a stack of plates weighing a total of 67.5 kg plus 3 training stations, offering you a comprehensive and flexible full-body workout with more than 30 different exercises. It also features several adjustment points, allowing you to mold it towards your own body type.
Adjustable arms
This is the only Home Gym of its kind that allows you to vertically adjust the arms in 4 positions.
Adjustable leg station
Adjust the leg station horizontally in 4 positions and the seat itself vertically in 2 positions.
Cables & Pulleys
The aircraft cables boast a 900kg tensile capacity, while the pulleys come with bearings for smoother motion.

Felt Resistance
There are 15 plates of 4.5 kg each. Weight adjustments can be done quickly and easily with the selector pin.
Weight ratios differ between the various training stations, depending on the number and placement of the pulleys. The maximum felt resistance is 99 kg and can be found in the chest press station.

The JX-DS185F/915 is the only Home Gym of its kind that allows you to adjust the two arms vertically in 4 positions. As a result you can mold the equipment to your body type and target specific muscle groups.

Lat pulldown
More options
Perform wide grip, narrow grip and behind-the-neck lat pullown exercises to strengthen your back.
Use the small bar for tricep presses or the single handle for extensions and crossover exercises.
Folding
Leg station & Low pulley
With a simple mechanism you can fold the seat, not only to save space, but also gain much better access to the low pulley!
The seat can be adjusted in 2 positions vertically, while the leg station can be adjusted in 4 positions horizontally. Perform popular exercises such as leg extensions, low row, bicep curls and many more.
Behind-the-nech Lat
Face the weights and pull the lat bar towards your neck.
Leg extension
Make sure your knees fit over the foam pads and then extend your legs.
Tricep press
Stand facing the Home Gym. Keep your arms up to the elbow steady and then pull the upper pulley.
Chest press
Push both arms simultaneously forward to perform this classic exercise.
Pec Deck
Place your forearms on the pads of the two arms and then move your hands towards each other.
Leg curl
Stand facing the Home Gym. With the back side of your leg, push back on the foam pads.
Ab crunches
You can use the upper pulley to work on your abs from a standing position.
Tricep extension
Stand facing away from the Home Gym and extend your hands over your head.
