In addition, the moving handlebars make this bike one of the few models that engage the whole body so effectively. You can even focus on the upper body by placing your legs on the two fixed positions.

The high-resolution LCD screen shows you all the basic data of your exercise, such as Time, Distance, Calories and Heart rate.
You can also always track your heart rate telemetrically throughout the workout, simply by using a chest strap operating at frequencies of 4.5kHz to 5.5kHz.
