The Trendy Lacada suspension trainer is a full-body training device for fitness, physiotherapy or home training which, with the help of your own body weight and high body tension, addresses all muscle groups extremely effectively and trains strength, coordination and flexibility.
With variable leverage and height settings, Lacada offers a very large selection of exercises while standing, sitting or lying down. Lacada can be attached to a ceiling suspension (see accessories article no. 8107) or, in the private sector, can also be clamped in the door frame using the supplied clamp fastening.
The soft neoprene pad on the foot straps provides additional comfort. Along with our non-slip handles, secure double seams and high-quality stainless steel carabiners offer you a training device of the highest quality!
