The Adjustable Paralletes are widely used for training various muscle groups.
They take up very little space and their simple but smart design helps you train your abs, strengthen your arms, even do push-ups. Thanks to the sturdy 40x40mm frame, these Paralletes by Marbo can guarantee a max user weight of 200kg.

Large Number of Exercises
With this chin-up bar you can perform exercises that take advantage of the multiple handles (closed, medium, open) for a greater variety. It is also ideal for use with tubes or resistance straps.
