The ultimate personal heavy boxer trainer 5-target tree will skyrocket your targeting and speed abilities in combination training.
This powerful utility consists of 5 punching pads with springs and one height-adjustable pad in the middle for knee strikes and uppercuts.
It stands at 184cm and 81cm wide, and the base filled with water weights about 140kg making it super stable and solid when training.
You can train your punches and kicks as well as your elbow and knee strikes. A must have tool for boxers, kickboxers and muaythai fighters, but good also for karate and taekwondo athletes.
