The AMILA Pilates ball is made of PVC. The choice of size is 19 or 25 cm depending on the needs of the exercises you want to perform.

Pilates largely avoids high impact, high power output, and heavy muscular and skeletal loading. Use this accessory to increase muscle activation in sitting, standing or lying exercises that target the arms, abdomen, buns and thighs. By increasing the instability in your movements, you will activate your stabilizing muscles, opening your torso. You can also use the ball to support your back or neck during exercises

Instructions for inflating: Remove the cap, insert the straw and inflate the ball to the desired size and put the cap back on.

Maintenance and cleaning instructions: Maintain ball control while exercising. Do not kneel or sit on the ball, remove sharp objects. Do not use the ball if it is hit. Keep the ball in a dry environment away from sunlight. Do not use corrosive cleaners. If necessary, clean the dirty spots with a combination of organic essential oil and water, on a slightly damp cloth. You could use mild soap on more demanding stains. Make sure that the cleaning did not make the surface more slippery.
