AMILA DOOR ANCHOR
The door anchor is one of the essential accessories that someone who trains with resistance bands / tubes should have and not only at home. It's very simple to use, just go to the side where the door closes, and at the top of the door (or at the bottom) pass the hook in such a way that the loop is where you will be (side where the door closes), while the sponge will be on the other side holding resistance. Insert the tires you want into the loop (eg AMILA GymTubes) and start exercises such as closed - open rowing, biceps bends, etc.
The belt is made of high quality Nylon, able to withstand even the most demanding workouts. The sponge will protect your door from abrasions and marks while holding resistance. To protect your equipment, the inside loop is lined with Neoprene, so it will not rub against the hard Nylon during exercise.
