The XC-190 has a reinforced structure which supports a maximum load of 130kg, while the stride is 54cm which minimizes tension on the joints. Equipped with a Q factor (internal distance between the pedals) of just 5 cm, the XC-190 offers an optimal comfort.

There’s 12 pre-set workouts (4 beginner, 4 advanced and 4 performance) to suit varied fitness levels. This elliptical also offers 32 resistance levels, ‘My Zone’ HR programming and Continuous Watt runs, adjustable in 5-Watt interval steps. The XC-190 uses Bluetooth 4.0 for more accurate recording.
