The Adidas Striking Sticks offer an increased training regimen to help perfect punching and striking precision in boxing workouts.

Trainers can now work offense and defense with their fighters, with more movement, tapping and lightly swinging to keep boxers on defense.

Ideal for improving boxer’s head movement and defense. Through targeted technique training, trainers can also help improve fighter’s accuracy and efficiency.

The striking sticks also benefit trainers with less stress and tension on the wrists, elbows and shoulders, in deference to punch mitts. The striking sticks are slightly flexible for a premium punching target and ideal resistance.

Lastly, the anatomical grip handle reduces hand fatigue for extended training time.
