AERIAL YOGA TIGUAR SWING
Tiguar aerial silks are designed for aerial gymnastics, training with acrobatic elements, as well as stretching and strengthening exercises. They are the basic equipment for aerial studios.
Additionally, they are being chosen by owners of pole dance studios, fitness clubs and yoga studios who want to expand their offer — using silks in the functional training is an alternative to the suspension trainer system.

The Tiguar Aerial silk lenght should be chosen according to the room (ceiling) height:
- Aerial silk 6m is perfect for rooms 2,2-2,5m
- Aerial silk 7m is perfect for rooms 2,5-3m
- Aaerial silk 8m is perfect for rooms 3-3,5m
