How can I use CLICK & COLLECT

1. Select the product / products
2. In the shipping methods, choose pick-up from the store
3. Proceed to the secure page to complete your order
4. You will receive a message to pick up as soon as your order is ready.

What do you need to know?

1. Receipt is FREE, you are not charged with shipping costs for any of the products in your order.
2. You will be notified by email, SMS or phone call when your order is ready to receive. Please wait for our update to avoid your inconvenience.
3. Your order will remain in our place for 15 days; therefore, you have 15 days at your disposal to pick up.
4. For the receipt you need to know the order number or the phone number you have given so that we can find it. In case your order has been paid online, you must have your ID or other photo document with you for your identification.

Where can I get it?
You can pick up your order from our store at Maroussi 6 Cheimmaras Street, PC 15125. We are in the ring road after KTEO on the side street of Attiki Odos.

When can I pick up? In how many days?
We have over 100.000 products available for immediate receipt within 5 minutes of your order and some others which we have in other warehouses inside or outside Attica. For the products that are not available in our central warehouse, we need one to 2 working days to pick them up in the store, so you may have to wait one to 2 days.

For all orders sent by courier you will receive the shipment number so that you can track the progress of your order

Send the parcel at work or at home

The cost of your shipment depends on the bulk and weight of your shipment, as well as the courier you chose.

Shipping for small parcels starts from 2.8 euros for Geniki Taxydromiki, from 3.0 euros for ACS and increases depending on the volume or weight. You can calculate your final shipping order in the cart at any time before proceeding with its completion.

For small packages up to 5kg (actual or volumetric weight) and for selected products shipping is Free for purchases over € 69.90 with the Geniki Taxydromiki. You are only charged the cost of COD, which is € 2.00.

Free Shipping is not available for Weights, Punching Bags, Mattresses and other heavy or bulky items.

In case your schedule does not allow it, you can choose to pick up your parcel yourself from the nearest Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS store.

Picking up the parcel from a Geniki Taxydromiki store

There are over 260 points of presence throughout Greece. Shipping for small packages starts at 2.8 euros and increases depending on the volume or weight.

Taxydromiki. You are only charged the cost of COD, which is € 2.00.

Receipt of the parcel from ACS stores or from the nearest ACS Smart Point after communication with the local store.

Throughout Greece there are over 300 ACS Stores and many ACS Smart Points at partner Shell service stations.
Shipping for small parcels starts at 3.6 euros and increases depending on the volume or weight.

For small packages up to 4kg (real or volumetric weight) and for selected products the shipping is Free for purchases over 69.99 € with the General Post Office. You are only charged the cost of COD, which is € 2.00.

Shipping large parcels (heavy and bulky items)

For the large parcels for Central Greece & Macedonia we cooperate with Sakorafa. For Thessaloniki, we especially cooperate with Proodeftiki.
Indicatively, the shipping cost Agency - Agency starts from 10 euros and varies depending on the area and the object (weight / volume).

Shipments by UPS abroad

With the UPS Saver service we send parcels all over Europe at a cost of € 10.00 for small parcels. Usual delivery time 5 working days. From the moment the order is prepared you will receive a tracking number so that you can monitor the progress of your parcel.

ACS 

You will find ACS as an option in shipping methods for small packages up to 15 Kg.
For orders that will be placed until 18:00 if the products are immediately available in our warehouse in Maroussi, the order is executed on the same day. ACS usually needs 1-3 business days to deliver to your place or the next day if it is for collection from the ACS store. For islands and especially Crete the delivery is usually done in 2-3 working days, depending on the weather conditions. Geniki Taxydromiki

You will find Geniki Taxydromiki as an option for shipping methods for parcels up to 65 Kg.
For orders that will be placed until 16:00 if the products are immediately available in our warehouse in Maroussi, the order is executed on the same day.
The General Post Office usually needs 1-3 working days to deliver you to your place or the next day if it is for collection from its store. For islands and especially Crete the delivery is usually done in 2-3 working days, depending on the weather conditions. Transport company Logika

You will find the transport company as an option only for large and very heavy items. Delivery to the agency of your choice or to our agency within Attica is Free. With this shipping method you cannot choose COD as payment method.

The cost of shipping that is calculated in your order is usually for collection from the point of presence of shipping in your area. The official partner of Fitshop.gr for the transports in Central Greece is the transport company Sakorafas & Logika

It is the usual practice of transport companies to call you on your mobile phone before delivery so be very careful in giving a phone that you always have with you.

Within Attica, for large items (corridors, bags, ping pong tables, etc.) we can offer installation services through an external partner (cannot be done during the emergency period of covid-19). Ask us.
