Product Returns

  1. You can return the purchased products with one of our affiliated couriers (Speedex, General Postal, ACS).
  2. You can return the purchased products at our store in Marousi, Cheimarres 6, 15125, daily Monday to Friday 10:00-20:00, and Saturday 10:00-15:00.
  3. You can return the purchased products with a refund (only for products that purchased online or telephone order).

1. You can return the purchased products with one of our affiliated couriers (Speedex, General Postal, ACS).

To initiate the exchange process, please use your receipt.

  • Circulate the products that you want to return
  • Note the codes/sizes on the receipt for the products you want to return. If you want a coupon or a refund, simply write "Coupon" or "Refund" on the receipt.
  • Package the products along with the receipt.
  • Callthe courier (Speedex, General Postal, ACS).

    During delivery, inform them that the shipment is on receiver's charge, and upon return, the total shipping cost for the round trip will be charged, usually 7.00 € with Speedex and 10.00 € for other couriers for packages up to 5kg. Keep the receipt with the courier's shipment number until we receive the package.

 

Notes - Clarifications

Have you requested another size?

Once your return is approved we will register the exchange order with a final amount of cash payment of 7.00 € with Speedex and 10.00 € for other couriers for packages up to 5kg. In case of a price difference, it will be reconciled or charged accordingly.
If the product or size you selected is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.

Have you requested a Coupon?

Once your return is approved, you will receive an email and SMS with the code of the credit coupon, which you can redeem in your next purchase in the Coupon / Gift Card field.

Have you requested a Refund?

Once your return is approved, you will receive an SMS/email with info.

  • In case of credit card payments the value of the product will be refunded to your card minus the return shipping cost of 3.00€ for Speedex or 5.00€ for other couriers (ACS or General Postal).
  • If you have paid for your order with cash on delivery you will need to send us your bank account details (IBAN, Bank, and Beneficiary) by email to sales@fitshop.gr.
    The refund process is usually completed within 2-3 days from the day the return is approved.

Attention!

You can not return:Underwear, Mouthguards, Socks, Groin Guards, Dietary Supplements, and other products related to personal hygiene.

Can I change a Product for free?

You can make a Free Change coming to our store in Maroussi regardless of the way you bought a product.

Why am I charged with shipping for product returns? Other stores do not do that.

At fitshop.gr we try to have the best quality at the best price, as well as a very low shipping cost for your shipment. In many stores that do not charge for the changes you will see that the shipping cost can be up to double for all payment methods, so they include a return to the original shipping cost.

Can I return a bench - multimachine - bike - treadmill - elliptical or other large fitness device?

There is the possibility of changing or returning money to a large fitness device IF and ONLY IF the instrument has not been set up - assembled and has not come out of its original packaging. In case it has been assembled, it is automatically considered used and is no longer in the original condition in which it was received.

I am a MyFit Cardholder or a member of FitPrime

At fitshop.gr we pride ourselves on the quality of the products and the dedication to our customer service. Exclusively for our members (MyFit or fitPrime) we offer product returns at any time within 365+ days in the following cases:

  • Unused products in their original packaging.
    You can in time return products that you do not use and are in their original condition with the packaging and the tabs on. No personal items are returned, products that have come especially for you and are not in the catalog of fitshop.gr, or products that are end of life. Also, no groin protectors, underwear, braces, socks, ankles and other products related to personal hygiene are returned.
  • If the product is not suitable for your sport or if you change sport after your order
    Please note that no product is returned or changed in the following cases:
    • The product has been damaged by misuse or storage in inappropriate conditions
    • You do not have the original factory packaging
    • It is a product that loses the guarantee if it is opened (eg TRX)
    • The products have suffered the expected deterioration from their normal use
    • No groin protectors, underwear, braces, socks, ankles and other products related to personal hygiene, food supplements, etc. are returned.

Fitshop.gr reserves the right to accept or not to accept the return of the product depending on its condition, the time of use or not of use, damage suffered, etc.

In any case, you must have the MyFit card and the purchase document with you.

What if I am not a MyFit Cardholder or a FitPrime member?

In all cases you have the right to return the products that you no longer need and have not used them for 14 days from the date of purchase with the purchase document unless otherwise stated on the product page. No groin protectors, underwear, braces, socks, ankles and other products related to personal hygiene, food supplements, etc. are returned.

What happens in the case of a defective product?

Rarely but it can happen, no matter how good and quality a product is, to have a hardware failure or a manufacturing defect. In this case, do not worry at all because we are by your side! Contact us by phone, email, message on FB (@ fitshop.gr) Insta or come from the store. If the product is within 14 days of purchase and can be repaired we will do it as soon as possible, if not it will be replaced immediately with the same or similar product if the same is not available. In rare cases where something cannot be found to replace it we will refund the amount you paid for its purchase (non-refundable). How do I change a product I bought from the store?

You can change your products by coming back to our store in Maroussi or by sending it back by Geniki Taxydromiki or ACS. Changes are possible only by proving his purchase document or change card.

For changed done by courier or transport company, all shipping costs are borne by the buyer. On delivery of the parcel you will tell them that the shipment is at the recipient's charge, and on the return all shipping will be charged for the come and go, which is usually at 10 euros for parcels up to 5kg. Keep the clip until we receive the parcel.

How can I return an order I made online by courier?

Follow the procedure below:

  • Click "My Account"
  • Login
  • Go to your Order
  • Select "Product Return Request"
  • Indicate if you want a change, a return voucher to get something else or a refund
  • Choose the products you want to return and the reason for return
  • Write your comments
  • Print the return request you just filled out and send it with the products.

  • Inform them that the shipment is at the recipient's expense. On the return of the parcel you will be charged 7 euros for the total of 2 routes by General Post for parcels up to 5kg.
  • Hold the courier clip to watch the progress of the parcel.

We will not accept returns for damaged products due to customer fault as well as in cases where the damage has come from poor packaging or lack thereof.

If you have to make changes / returns from different orders you can send them in a parcel following for each of your orders steps 1-8.

You can not request a change online for products purchased from the store.

Can I return to the store an order I received by courier?

I have requested a refund. When will it be done?

Within 3 days from the receipt of the products in our warehouse you will be informed by email, SMS or by phone for the completion of the return. The refund will be completed within 5 working days.

  1. Credit or Debit Card
    If the order has been paid by card (Credit or Debit) the refund will be made online on the same card.
  2. PayPal
    For PayPal payment the refund will be made to your PayPal account
  3. COD
    For cash on delivery, the return can be made exclusively through a bank or in the form of a Gift Card for your next online purchase.
  4. Gift Cards / Points
    For payment via gift card or redemption of points there is no refund but the value of the products in a Gift Card for next purchase
  5. Bank Deposit
    For payment by bank deposit the return can be made exclusively through a bank or in the form of a Gift Card for your next online purchase.

When will I receive my Replacement?

Within 5 working days from the day of receipt of the products you will be informed by email / sms about the completion of the change and the shipment number so that you can follow the progress of the parcel. If in the meantime there is an issue or shortcoming you will be informed about it so that you can choose something else. Please contact us if you do not have our news within 7 days from the date you sent your change.

Will I pay shipping for the return / replacement of products?

Shipping costs for the change or return of products are borne entirely by the buyer.   

Only in case we have sent the wrong or defective products, the shipping costs are fully charged to Fitshop.gr. Your only obligation is to send photos with the wrong or defective products and to call the courier company to receive them.

What is the procedure for returning defective products?
