How can I order online at Fitshop.gr?

  1. Choose your desired product by search the product code, key words or you can go through the specific category that interests you. The filters will help you find the product easily. Go on to the product page and read the description carefully. We have detailed descriptions and photographs in order to help you make your choice. You can consult the size guide, where this is available, so as to find the size that best fits you.
  2. When you find your desired product, pick a size and click “Add to chart”.
  3. If you want to add another product, keep browsing, if not click “Checkout”.
  4. You can conclude your purchase in two ways: Eiter “As a customer” or or as a “member”. You can benefit from becoming a member at Fitshop.gr
  5. Choose your desired shipping method (At your place with Geniki, ACS or pickup from Fitshop physical store, shipping with transport company, pickup from 206+ spots of Geniki or the 300+ pickup spots of ACS, UPS).
  6. Choose a paying method (Debit / credit card, Cash on delivery, PayPal, Pay at our store at Maroussi).
    • Press “Place Order” in order to place the order. Depending on the way of payment you have to go through on of the following steps:
    • To pay with a card, you will be transferred to the safe environment of ALPHA BANK + CardLink to conclude the order.
    • To pay with PayPal, you will be transferred to the safe environment of PayPal to to conclude the order.
    • If you have chosen cash on delivery, the payment will be made to the courier at your place.
    • If you have chosen bank transfer, you will receive an e-mail to make the transaction.

Can I make a phone order?

Of course, you can place your order by calling our experienced team at 211.800.0090.

Steps:

  1. Surf our website and write down the product codes which interest you.
  2. Call 211.800.0090 and give the numbers to all colleagues on the phone.
  3. On the phone communication that we will have, we will try to better understand your needs and advise you if something that you have chosen does not really fit your needs. If you don’t have the codes, you will describe your needs and we will make our suggestions.
  4. We will need the shipping details (Name, address, Phone number, Email, postal code, Area, Mobile phone number).
  5. Indicate us the payment method or pickup method (At your place with Geniki, ACS or pickup from Fitshop physical store, shipping with transport company, pickup from 206+ spots of Geniki or the 300+ pickup spots of ACS, UPS).

Can I order through Facebook or Instagram?

Yes you can, we will happily accept your order through Facebook or Instagram. You can describe us your needs and we will suggest you products.

I attempted to place an order but I don’t know if it has been registered?

By the time you have concluded your order, you should receive a verification email. Normally the e-mail should be at your inbox. If you cannot find it there, check your spam, promotions or updates. In the case you cannot find the email, call us at 211.800.0090 and we will verify or place the order for you.

Can I modify my order after I have placed it?

YES, you can change your order until the courier company picks it up. To do that, call us at 211.800.0090, send an e-mail, a Fb or Ig message. If you receive no answer, please call us. You can modify your order by 17:00 the same day if the order has been placed before that time. Otherwise, if the order has been placed after 19:30, you can change it until 17:00 the following day.

Can I cancel my order?

YES, you can cancel your order before it has been delivered to the courier company. The cancelation can be made ONLY by phone call at 211.800.0090 or written until 15:00 of the same day if it is a morning order or the following day if the order is after 19:30 of the previous day at the e-mail address sales@fitshop.gr or through FB & Instagram. In case you don’t get a response, call 211.800.0090 because your message may not have been noticed by anyone. Modification or cancelation of your order can be done through phone call until 17:00 of the same day or 17:00 of the following for every order made after 19:30.

When will my order be carried out?

For products which are available at the store or our warehouse, your order which has been paid or will be paid on delivery is usually carried out the same day if it has been placed until:
  • 14:00 for UPS
  • 17:00 for Geniki Taxydromiki
  • 18:00 for ACS
