The 6.35cm backrest pad made of high-quality foam is narrow at the top for optimal shoulder movement during exercises such as shoulder presses. In addition, the bench can be used on both sides in order to have even more choices with dumbbells or your body weight.

The backrest can be adjusted to 6 positions. By exercising in various stances (flat, inclined, declined), you encourage the activation of multiple muscles, so you can target specific muscle groups for better toning.
