Pay immediately online with a Credit or Debit Card

For the security of your transactions, Fitshop.gr cooperates with ALPHA BANK and CardLink, uses their secure system for the settlement of transactions by credit, debit or prepaid card. 

All card payments are processed through Alpha Bank's "Alpha e-Commerce" electronic payment platform and use TLS 1.1 encryption with 128-bit encryption protocol (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of disguising information until it reaches its intended recipient, who will be able to decrypt it using the appropriate key. The supported cards are Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, Diners.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, you can pay with up to 6 interest free installments if the order's value exceeds 300€.

There are products that may be excluded from the interest free installment program. If you place an order with such a product, you will either be automatically notified by the system itself, or by a representative at a later time.

I tried to pay by card but it was not accepted. Can you help me?

To find out the reason for the rejection of your transaction, you should contact
your Bank at the phone number listed on the back of the card.

Cash on delivery.

You pay the courier upon delivery of the order. The cost of cash on delivery is 2€ and will be included in the final amount of your order. COD payments are valid for Greece and Cyprus

Can I pay by card on delivery?

In order to pay your cash on delivery with a card, you must go to the nearest ACS or General store (300+ and 260+ throughout Greece).

If you choose to have the parcel arrive at your place the amount can only be paid in cash.

Bank account deposit

You will need to deposit the full amount of your order along with the shipping (when it has shipping), in one of the following bank accounts. Give as your reason your name and / or the Order Number!

Send by email a copy of the bank payment order to log@fitshop.gr so that your
order can be sent. Your order will be canceled in case we do not receive the deposit within the deposit deadline.

You pay in cash, debit or credit card upon receipt of the products. In this case you have the possibility of immediate refund for product returns that will be made within 14 days.
